As the owner and principal designer of Malinda O’Hara Interiors, I’ve been helping Kansas City families create beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed homes since 2022.

Before launching MOI, I spent 12 years managing large-scale programs for Fortune 500 companies—experience that taught me how to balance creativity with budgets, timelines, communication, and countless moving pieces.

Design and construction have always been part of my life. With a father in commercial construction and an aunt who is an interior designer, I grew up surrounded by building, remodeling, and the details that bring a vision to life.

Today, those experiences come together in the way I design.
