Throughout construction, we collaborate with your contractor and trades as your design resource, answering design-related questions and helping keep the finished space aligned with the vision you approved.

DESIGN INVESTMENT
Full-Service Design is offered as a customized flat fee based on project scope, complexity, and level of design support. Renovation and multi-room projects are quoted following consultation.

Full-Service renovation projects typically begin with construction budgets of $50,000+, exclusive of design fees, furnishings, and client-purchased fixtures and materials.

Design Day is perfect for clients who want a beautifully pulled-together space but don’t need the construction support of Full-Service Design.
We’ll tackle your highest-priority design decisions—from furniture layout and selections to rugs, lighting, paint, finishes, and those final details that bring a room together. You’ll leave with a cohesive design plan and the confidence to implement it at your own pace.

As a general planning guideline, furnishings projects typically begin with budgets of $20,000+ per room, while renovation construction budgets generally begin at $50,000+.

Design development typically takes several weeks, while renovation and construction timelines vary significantly based on contractor schedules, project complexity, product lead times, and availability.

One round of revisions is included following the Design Presentation, giving us the opportunity to refine the design together before moving forward.
