A wellness retreat designed with a decidedly glamorous point of view.

This client knew exactly what she wanted from her primary bath: a commercial-grade sauna, an oversized shower, a dedicated makeup vanity, double vanity, and plenty of functional storage. The challenge was finding a way to fit it all beautifully—and creating a wellness space that still felt unmistakably like her.

Rather than leaning into the expected earthy, spa-inspired aesthetic, we embraced her love of glamour. The entire layout was reworked to give each priority its place, including built-in towel storage conveniently located beside the sauna and a generous shower designed to feel like a true retreat. Warm cabinetry complements the eucalyptus tones of the sauna, while layered finishes, statement lighting, and touches of sparkle bring in the personality she loves.

The adjoining bedroom continued that highly personal approach, incorporating meaningful furniture passed down from her grandmother alongside the refreshed design.

The result is proof that a wellness retreat doesn’t have to be quiet and understated—it can be functional, luxurious, and completely personal.
